HEALTH

     As we get older, the key to being active and engaged in life is staying healthy.  If we want to enjoy life, we have to keep moving. 

     The unfortunate reality is that as we get older, one set-back in our health can lead to a downward spiral that can quickly leave us disabled and isolated.  A broken hip, a stroke or a heart attack that leaves us bed-ridden usually invites other health issues into our lives.
